What equipment do I need? Do I need a specific brewer?
The great thing about brewing is that it doesn't require a lot of equipment. A scale, some form of timer, and perhaps a kettle is required.
A Hario V60 02 size is highly recommended, as it's the most commonly used dripper throughout the course. For other drippers or equipment like Kalita Wave, Hario Switch, AeroPress, etc., you could first watch the lesson and decide whether to purchase them.
